Water can be a hidden source of trouble that can lead to larger house problems if left unchecked. Water in your crawl space will lead to mold and mildew and could rust your structural braces. At its worst it can cause your house to sink and your foundation to crack. We can move the path of water by grading and installing down spout drainage, French drains, rat slab, or a combination of these techniques to correct the problem.

Much of California’s soil is composed of clay, collapsible and expandable soils. When water is introduced to these soils the ground below your house can turn unstable resulting in the house sinking. The first step we take is to correct the water problem, then we will lift your house to a level stable position. Often after the lift homeowners find that wall cracks will close up, doors will realign and shut, and the floor will level out.
